We understand that plans can change. Here is a quick summary of our cancellation terms based on how far in advance you cancel:
To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following methods:
The cancellation date is determined by the date and time we receive your cancellation request, not the date you send it. We will send a written acknowledgement of your cancellation within 24 hours.
Approved refunds will be processed within the following timelines:
Refunds are subject to deduction of any payment gateway processing fees that cannot be recovered. We will clearly communicate the exact refund amount at the time of your cancellation request.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method only. We are unable to issue refunds to a different account, card, or UPI ID than the one used for the original payment.
If you do not check in on your scheduled date and have not contacted us in advance, this will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued for no-shows, and the full booking amount will be forfeited.
If you choose to check out before your scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights unless the early departure is due to a serious emergency, at our sole discretion.
Requests to change your booking dates or room type are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours before your check-in date. Modifications are not guaranteed and will be confirmed in writing. If the modified booking has a lower total value, the difference will not be refunded.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, property damage, or other unforeseen events), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 7 business days. We will notify you as soon as possible and assist you in finding alternative accommodation where possible.
Bookings made under special promotional rates or non-refundable offers are clearly marked at the time of booking. These bookings are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances and will be explicitly stated before payment is completed.
